Ingredients• 8 ounces rigatoni • 3/4 pound ground beef • 1/2 cup onion, chopped • 1 (15-ounce) can of pizza sauce • 2/3 cup condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted • 2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded • 1 (3.5-ounce) package of sliced pepperoni • fresh basil, optional, chopped
Cook the rigatoni according to the package directions.
Drain the rigatoni.
In a large skillet, cook the beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes, breaking the beef up into crumbles as it cooks.
Drain the fat from the skillet.
Add the pizza sauce, soup, and cheese.
Cook and stir over low heat until the cheese is melted.
Add the rigatoni and pepperoni to the beef mixture.
Heat through, stirring to combine.
Top the pasta with basil.
