Ingredients• 5 cups turkey, shredded and cooked • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup • 1 cup sour cream • 1 can green beans, drained • 1/2 onion, finely diced • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1/4 teaspoon pepper • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded • 4 cups mashed potatoes • 4 cups prepared stuffing • thyme, optional, for garnish • cranberry sauce, optional, for serving
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
At the bottom of the prepared dish, evenly spread the shredded turkey.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, green beans, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the turkey in the dish.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
Spread the mashed potatoes over the cheese.
Top the mashed potatoes with the stuffing.
