• 2/3 cup mayonnaise • 2/3 cup sour cream • 1 tablespoon lemon juice • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest, grated • 1 teaspoon salt • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon • 1/4 teaspoon pepper • 4 cups chicken, diced and cooked • 1 cup celery, thinly sliced • 1 cup green pepper, chopped • 2 large red apples, optional, cut into 1/2-inch pieces • 1/2 cup onion, chopped • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced • 1 cup walnuts, chopped


Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, tarragon, and pepper.

Step 2

Stir in the chicken, celery, green pepper, apples, onion, and parsley.

Step 3

Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours and up to 5 hours.
