Ingredients• 1/4 cup sriracha sauce • 2 teaspoons honey • 1 tablespoon soy sauce • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil • 4 pork chops, bone in and around 1-inch thick • salt, to taste • pepper, to taste • 1 tablespoon oil, neutral flavored
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, and toasted sesame oil.
Sprinkle the pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. Feel free to be a bit generous with the salt and pepper.
Using an ovenproof skillet, heat the neutral oil over medium-high heat.
When the oil is nearly to the smoking point, add the chops and brown for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Cover the pork chops in the prepared sauce and place the pan in the oven.
Bake until fully cooked at 145 degrees F, about 6-8 minutes.
