• 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast halves, skinless, boneless • 1/2 cup honey • 1/4 cup soy sauce • 2 tablespoons ketchup • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil • 2 teaspoons cornstarch • 3 tablespoons water • rice, optional, cooked, for serving • sesame seeds, for topping


Step 1

Place the chicken breast halves in the slow cooker.

In a mixing bowl, stir the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, minced onion, garlic powder, and vegetable oil.
