Who doesn't love some good ol' homemade chicken and gravy? Try this Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy recipe! With its tender chicken, savory gravy, plus creamy sour cream - you can never go wrong with this classic meal!


• 2 packets chicken gravy mix • 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup • 2 cups water • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts • garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, to taste • 1/2 cup sour cream • rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles, for serving • sliced green onions, for topping


Step 1

To begin, season the chicken breasts (both sides) with black pepper, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.

Step 2

In your slow cooker, combine the cream of chicken soup, gravy packets, and water until smooth consistency.

Step 3

Add in the seasoned chicken breast and coat them in the gravy.

Step 4

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Step 5

Once cooked, using a fork, break the chicken up into pieces.

Step 6

Stir in the sour cream and serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles. Top with sliced green onions, if desired.
