• 1 (3-pound) beef chuck roast, boneless • 2 (10.75-ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted • 1/3 cup beef broth • 1 (2-ounce) package onion soup mix • mashed potatoes, optional, for serving • broccoli, optional, for serving


Step 1
