Ingredients• 2 cups egg noodles, uncooked • 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced • 1 (10.5 ounces) can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup • 1/2 cup milk • 1 cup frozen peas or frozen vegetables • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, optional, shredded • 1 tablespoon butter, melted • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Cook the egg noodles al dente according to package directions.
Drain the egg noodles.
Combine the egg noodles, chicken, soup, milk, and vegetables in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top.
Mix together the butter and breadcrumbs in a small bowl.
