Who says pepperoni is only for pizza? Pepperoni Casserole fully embraces pepperoni’s smoky, spicy flavor by making it the star: the pasta provides a tender foundation and the pasta sauce accents the seasonings in the meat. Pepperoni Casserole even features even more savory sausage to make it extra meaty and extra delicious.

• 1 (16 ounce) package rotini pasta • 1 pound ground Italian sausage • 1 (16 ounce) jar pasta sauce • 2 (12 ounce) containers cottage cheese • 1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives • 12 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded • 2 (3 ounce) packages sliced pepperoni

Step 5

Drain the pasta.

Step 6

Step 7
