Ingredients• 1/3 cup all-purpose flour • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cubed • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 1/4 teaspoon pepper • 2 tablespoons canola oil • 1/2 cup orange juice • 1/2 cup orange marmalade • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce • 2 tablespoons honey • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon ground ginger • thinly sliced green onion, optional for garnish • sesame seeds, optional for garnish
Put the flour into a large plastic bag.
Then, season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Add the chicken into the bag a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat the chicken evenly.
Using a large skillet, cook the chicken thighs in the oil in batches over medium heat until the chicken thighs are no longer pink.
Remove the chicken and cover to keep warm.
Using the same skillet, add together the remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil, stirring to loosen browned bits from the pan. Stir until it has thickened.
Return the chicken to the pan; heat through. Sprinkle with the green onion and sesame seeds if desired, and serve.
