• 1/2 cup pineapple juice • 2 tablespoons brown sugar • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided • 4 (5-ounce) pork loin chops, boneless • 2 medium onions, chopped • noodles, cooked and hot, optional • green onions, sliced, optional


Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix the pineapple juice, brown sugar, cider vinegar, and salt.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat.

Step 3

Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops and cook until evenly browned, about 3-5 minutes on each side.

Transfer the pork from the skillet.
