IngredientsFor the meatloaf meatballs: • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs • 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes • 2 teaspoons dried oregano • 1 tablespoon dried parsley • 1/2 teaspoon pepper • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1 clove garlic, minced • 1 tablespoon mustard • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce • 1 egg • 1 pound ground beef • 1/2 pound ground pork For the glaze: • 2/3 cup ketchup • 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard • 1/2 cup brown sugar
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Spray the foil with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the panko breadcrumbs, onion flakes, oregano, parsley, pepper, salt, garlic, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until well mixed.
Mix in the egg until well combined.
Using your hands, add in the ground beef and ground pork and gently mix until just combined but careful not to over-mix.
Using a medium-sized cookie scoop, form about 18-20 meatballs, placing them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the ketchup, dried mustard, and brown sugar until combined.
Spoon the glaze over the meatballs.
Bake until the meatballs reach 165 degrees F internally, about 18-22 minutes.
