• 1/4 cup fat-free milk • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder • 4 (4-ounce) pork loin chops, boneless • mashed potatoes, optional, for serving • green peas, optional, for serving


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
