Ingredients• 1 (16-ounce) package rotini pasta • 1 (22-ounce) jar alfredo sauce • 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth • 2 cups turkey, diced and roasted • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced • 1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes, juices reserved • 1 cup bacon, cooked and diced • 1 cup mozzarella or Italian blend cheese, shredded • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated • herbs, optional, such basil, oregano, and parsley, chopped, for garnish
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
In a large 9x13-inch baking dish, stir the rotini, alfredo sauce, chicken broth, turkey, garlic, tomatoes, and bacon.
Cover the baking dish tightly.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Uncover and stir.
Check the pasta to ensure it is al dente. If not, cover the dish again and continue baking until it reaches al dente.
Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan over the top of the pasta.
Bake uncovered until the cheese is melted and the pasta is tender, for about 10 minutes.
Garnish with herbs.
