• 1 1/2 pounds ground beef • 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste • 1 (1.31-ounce) package sloppy joe seasoning mix • 1 1/4 cups water • 4 cups cooked elbow macaroni • 1 (15.25-ounce) can corn, drained • 1 (8-ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese, divided • 1 (4-ounce) can mushrooms, sliced and drained (optional)


Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
