Ingredients• 2 tablespoons brown sugar • 1 teaspoon salt • 1 teaspoon black pepper • 1 teaspoon paprika • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder • 2 pork chops, boneless, 1-inch thick • 1 tablespoon butter • 1 cup chicken broth • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
Mix the brown sugar, salt, black pepper, paprika, and onion powder together.
Rub the sugar-spice mixture into both sides of the pork chops.
Set the pressure cooker on saute (high) and add 1 tablespoon of the butter.
When hot, add the pork chops and brown on both sides for 1-2 minutes each.
Remove the pork chops and set aside.
Press cancel on the pressure cooker.
Add 1 cup of the chicken broth and use a wooden spoon to deglaze the browned bits off the bottom of the pot.
Add the Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke, stirring to combine.
Add the pork chops directly to the pot in the liquid.
