Ingredients• 1 1/4 cups milk • 1/4 cup vegetable oil • 1/4 cup sugar • 1 egg • 1 cup flour • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder • 1 teaspoon baking soda • butter, optional, for serving • fresh fruit or desired pancake toppings, optional, for serving • syrup, optional, for serving
Preheat a skillet over medium heat on the stove-top.
Put the milk, vegetable oil, sugar, egg, flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a blender and combine until smooth.
Pour the batter by the spoonful onto the hot skillet, forming 5-inch circles.
