• 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen hash browns, slightly thawed • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded (2-3 cups) • 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, plus more for topping • 2 cups frozen mixed veggies • 1 (22-ounce) can cream of chicken condensed soup • 1 cup milk • 1 teaspoon thyme, fresh • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 2 cups corn flakes Garnishes: • green onions • parsley


Step 1

To begin, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, hash browns, cheese, bacon, cream of chicken, mixed vegetables, thyme, milk, and salt.
