Glenda's Fresh Raspberry Lemonade infuses the sunny flavors of classic lemonade with the sweet, tart, and slightly floral flavor of raspberries. The result tastes like the best kind of peaceful, lazy afternoon, especially because it's easy and quick to whip up a whole bunch of glasses. Glenda's Fresh Raspberry Lemonade is a refreshing take on a great refreshment.


• 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen • 1 cup granulated sugar • 2 cups warm water plus 4 cups cold water, divided • 1 1/2 cups lemon juice, freshly squeezed • ice, enough to fill a pitcher • fresh mint, optional, for garnish


Step 1

Add the raspberries, sugar, and 2 cups of warm water to a blender.

Step 2

Blend until smooth.

Step 3

Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, using a spatula to push the liquid through. Discard any seeds.

Step 4

Add the cold water and lemon juice to the pitcher.

Step 5

Add ice to the pitcher.

Step 6

Serve, garnished with the mint.
