There's no evidence that the real-life General Tso ever tried the dish named after him. However, if he had, we're sure he would have loved it! He certainly would have appreciated the slow-cooked, savory, and tangy flavors of General Tso Stew, and so will you. Filled with shreds of tender chicken, fresh, bright garden vegetables, and delightful pickled peppers, General Tso Stew is exactly what you'll need when the weather turns cold.
