Here's a drink that will make you the center of attention. Even the punch will have its eyes on you! This Eerie Eyeball Punch is the boo-tiful beverage of choice for your Halloween party, whether you make it boozy or family-friendly! Packed with flavorful lychee fruit, tart blueberries, refreshing ginger ale, and zesty orange juice—watch out! This Eerie Eyeball Punch is the perfect pairing of spooky and sippable.


• 2 (20 ounce) cans, peeled and pitted lychees, in heavy syrup • 1 pint fresh blueberries • 1 (60 ounce) bottle 100% cranberry juice, with 1 cup of juice kept separate • 1/2 cup granulated sugar • 4 cups orange juice • 3 cups ginger ale • 1 1/2 cup vodka, optional


Step 1

Drain both cans of lychees, making sure to reserve the syrup from one of the cans.

Step 2

Insert 1 blueberry into the opening of each lychee to form the eyeballs. Set aside.

Step 3

In a small saucepan, combine the granulated sugar and 1 cup of cranberry juice.

Step 4

Bring to a simmer over low heat, whisking until the sugar dissolves. Then, remove the saucepan from the heat.

Step 5

In a 3-gallon drink dispenser or a large punch bowl, whisk the cranberry/sugar mixture, reserved lychee syrup, orange juice, ginger ale, remaining cranberry juice, and vodka (if using).

Step 6

Store the lychee eyeballs and punch separately in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Step 7

When serving, plop the lychee eyeballs into the drink to create an Eerie Eyeball Punch.
