Handmade fudge invokes walks along the seaside or lounging on picnic blankets in the sun. You can soak in these moments anytime from anywhere with Easy Fudge. This is “can’t believe the bank account” rich and creamy, with that classic melt-in-your-mouth texture. Chocolatey and with crunchy walnuts for texture, Easy Fudge takes only a few steps, so you’ll be basking in summertime sensations before you know it!

• 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk • 1/4 cup butter • 1 cup chopped walnuts, optional

Step 1

Grease an 8x8-inch glass dish

Step 2

Put the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter into a large-sized microwave-safe bowl.

Step 3

Warm the ingredients in the microwave on medium heat, until the chips are melted, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to stir once or twice during the process to make sure that the chocolate does not burn.

Step 4

Stir in the nuts, if desired.

Step 5

Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared dish.

Step 6

Refrigerate the fudge until it is set, about 2 hours.

Step 7

Cut the fudge once it is set, then serve.
