Cookie Brittle is the baked good that crunches like candy! • 1 cup butter • 1 cup sugar • 1 teaspoon salt • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract • 2 cups bleached white flour • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Using a handheld or stand mixer, cream together the butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla until light and fluffy.

Using a wooden spoon or spatula, stir in the flour, being careful not to over-mix.
