• 1 (8-ounce) tube refrigerated crescent rolls • 1 (8-ounce) package of frozen (fully-cooked) breakfast sausage links, thawed and cut into 1/2-inch slices • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded • 4 large eggs • 3/4 cup milk, 2% • 2 tablespoons green pepper, chopped • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2

Unroll the crescent roll dough and place it in an ungreased 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 3

Press the dough onto the bottom of the dish and 1/2-inch up on the sides to form the crust.

Step 4

Top the dough with the sausage and shredded cheese.

Step 5

Beat the eggs in a bowl.

Step 6

Stir the milk, green peppers, salt, and pepper into the eggs.

Step 7

Carefully pour the egg mixture over the cheese and sausage mixture.

Step 8

Bake the dish uncovered until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 20-25 minutes.

Step 9

Cut into 12 pieces and serve.
