Ingredients• 1 pound ground beef • 2 teaspoons steak seasoning • 2 teaspoons garlic powder • 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning • 1 1/4 cups water • 1 1/2 teaspoons beef bullion granules • 1 (20-ounce) package cheese tortellini, fresh or frozen • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
In a large skillet, cook and crumble the ground beef until no longer pink.
Move the beef to a separate bowl, then drain and wipe down the skillet.
Place the ground beef back into the skillet.
Stir in the garlic powder, steak seasoning, water, Italian seasoning, and beef bullion granules. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Then add in the tortellini, stirring to ensure even distribution.
Then lower the heat, cover, and let simmer for 4-5 minutes until the tortellini are heated through and tender.
Sprinkle the tortellini with the cheese.
Remove the skillet from the heat, then cover. Allow it to stand for 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
