Cheesy Beef Tortellini takes every part of its name to the maximum. It doesn't get beefier than juicy ground beef in a richly seasoned beef sauce. It doesn't get cheesier than stretchy cheese tortellini with melty and creamy mozzarella on top. Paired together, you get deeply enjoyable flavors that you'll savor. • 1 pound ground beef • 2 teaspoons steak seasoning • 2 teaspoons garlic powder • 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning • 1 1/4 cups water • 1 1/2 teaspoons beef bullion granules • 1 (20-ounce) package cheese tortellini, fresh or frozen • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded


Step 1

In a large skillet, cook and crumble the ground beef until no longer pink.

Move the beef to a separate bowl, then drain and wipe down the skillet.

Place the ground beef back into the skillet.

Step 4

Stir in the garlic powder, steak seasoning, water, Italian seasoning, and beef bullion granules. Bring the mixture to a boil.

Then add in the tortellini, stirring to ensure even distribution.

Then lower the heat, cover, and let simmer for 4-5 minutes until the tortellini are heated through and tender.

Sprinkle the tortellini with the cheese.
