Ingredients
• 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce • 1 tablespoon sriracha • juice of 1 lime • 3 cloves garlic, minced • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets • kosher salt, to taste • freshly ground black pepper, to taste • 1 teaspoon cilantro, optional, chopped, for garnishDirections
Preheat the oven temperature to 425 degrees F.
Whisk the olive oil, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and garlic together in a large mixing bowl.
Toss the cauliflower in the sauce mixture until well-coated.
Spread the cauliflower on a large baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven until lightly golden and fully cooked, about 30-35 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro and serve.
