Ingredients• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted • 2 lemons, juiced • 1 tablespoon paprika • 1 tablespoon dried oregano • 1 teaspoon garlic salt • salt, to taste • ground black pepper, to taste • 4 (6-ounce) chicken breasts
Mix the butter, lemon juice, paprika, dried oregano, garlic salt, salt, and black pepper into a large mixing bowl (or a resealable bag for easy clean-up) until combined.
Add in the chicken breasts and leave the chicken in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Move the chicken into an oven-safe dish, keeping the skin-side up.
Pour the marinade from the bag all around the chicken.
Bake the dish uncovered until no longer pink in the centers and juices run clear, about 45 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F.
Remove the chicken from the oven.
Serve hot with some of the marinade on top, if desired.
