Ingredients• 12 slices bacon • 24 small sausages
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Prepare a baking tray by lightly greasing it.
Slice each piece of the bacon in half.
Stretch the bacon with a knife by moving the back of the knife along the length of the bacon. This flattens and stretches them lightly, and will stop the bacon from shrinking when it is cooked.
Wrap each halved slice of the bacon around each of the sausages, making sure that the seam is underneath the bacon sausage roll. You can skewer the rolled sausage to make it easier to hold the structure.
Place the wrapped sausages on the previously prepared baking tray.
Roast until the bacon is fully cooked and crispy, about 25-30 minutes.
