• 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil • 2 tablespoons seasoning mix, of your choice


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 2

Place the chicken on a cutting board and rub it all over with the olive oil and seasoning mix.

Step 3

Transfer the chicken to a rimmed baking sheet.

Step 4

Bake in the oven until the chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear, reading 165 degrees F when tested with a meat thermometer, about 20 minutes. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
